Opal parcels are working lots. Multiple opals priced together, built for jewelers stocking inventory, designers building out a collection, and dealers buying for resale. Every parcel is curated before it goes on the page. Opals grouped by size, color profile or grade so the lot reads as a working set rather than a random handful.

What goes into a parcel
Every stone is solid, natural, untreated Lightning Ridge opal. Treated material doesn’t go into our parcels under any circumstances. Neither do doublets or triplets. The listing shows total carat weight, stone count, and the size and shape range.
All opals are sourced direct from miners across the major Lightning Ridge fields. The relationships we’ve built across twenty plus years at the Ridge.
Custom parcels and trade enquiries
If you need something specific, ask. Tell us the size range, the color brief, the volume, the budget. We’ll either build the parcel from current stock or hold material from incoming rough until we can fill the brief. Trade enquiries are welcome at any volume. Contact us with the requirement and we’ll come back with options.

Can I order a custom parcel?
Yes. Give us the size range, color brief, quantity and budget and we’ll try and build it from current stock.
Are individual stones in a parcel certified?
Digital Parcel certificates available on request. We do not provide individual opal certificates for each opal in the parcel.
What's the minimum parcel size?
Whatever’s listed on the page is the starting point. Custom parcels are quoted on brief and current stock. We do not break apart the parcels once they are listed sorry.
